The Spike Computerised Booking & Billing software must be installed on the hard disc of your computer.
The Spike program makes use of powerful relational database technology and therefore requires a high-performance computer. For recommended specifications, or to confirm your computer meets the current hardware requirements, please ring the Spike Help Desk.
The software requires its computer to have Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 98,Windows 2000/ME or Windows XP operating system installed. Phone the Help Desk for assistance in setting up your back-up system.
To install Spike on you computer, simply follow the instructions supplied with the CD.
As well as a high performance computer, this Implementation and Operation Manual assumes a good manual receipting system, similar to the recommended 'Spike One-Write Receipting System' is being used in conjunction with your Spike software.
