The Spike software program features a variety of reports and processes designed to facilitate the operation of your service.
The report you will use most frequently is the one which produces the Daily or Weekly Group Attendance Sheets. Other reports which may be useful on a regular basis include the various dietary and health reports.
Utilisation Graphs are available for both groups and the service. These are graphic representations of actual versus optimal attendance loading and should greatly assist in the planning of staffing levels and advertising for clients.
The Management Summary Report is an implemented feature which places concise information about the service's utilisation, cash-flow and debtors at the management committee's fingertips. It also compares current with immediate past figures and projects these figures into next period.
